On the url delete the ukbikeforum bit and put in www.raptorchapter.org.uk that usually works
I'd do it for you but i'm on my phone and copy/paste is fiddly to say the least

Thanks everyone, and thanks dirtydog for the link. I ordered a side outlet one but they are out of stock until July :? Had a quick look, pulled the rubber gaiter off and the pin is still there.
Shame really thought you guys had the answer for me again!
The pin is really rusty though so I guess cajiva is right and I`ll have to disassemble the master cylinder :?

Bike has been working fine for over a month, luckily it's back to normal now with another mechanical problem this time with the rear brake :yuck: Stopped for petrol last night and drove off, then realised the foot pedal was not working. Basically it just goes up and down (full travel) with no resist...

I get about 120 miles until yellow when I immediately start looking for fuel.
As soon as it starts flashing I know I am in trouble, less than 5 miles left :oops:

My old man speaks fluent German so I nagged him for a translation, cheers Dad: Assembly guide for new radiator bottom fixing. The kit contains the following components A: Distance piece (spacer) B: Assembly guide Note: Work must be done on a cold engine. Remove the radiator bottom fixing (figure 1) ...
