When you turn the ignition on, do you hear the fuel pump for a second or two?

Hey, neighbour!

I vote for head bearings too. Had the same symptoms last summer and changing the head bearings cured the vibration under breaking.

Re: Saw these today

The local tyre shops that deal with rim repair advised me not to powder coat mine, because of the bad experience they had. Apparently the rims become brittle.

I have no idea what aluminium alloy is used for rim extrusion, hence neither I know what is the melting or tempering point.

Powder-coated?! Heating the aluminium close to 200 C spoils it, AFAK.

Re: Front Brake Disks

I was also looking at these some weeks ago. Haven't purchased yet, as mine have some life in them still. PMed some of the clients of the vendor and got all positive responses about quality. A fellow local rider has posted a compilation of responses he's gathered for them: >I bought a set of the fake...

Don't get me wrong, but prices are comparable to Scarlatti. Is there a big difference in quality?

I can't find the English version of the manual, only the German. It's better than nothing, I suppose:

Re: need help! wiring diagram with Colors on Raptor 650 plea

When I installed the KOSO on my 1000 I used only the speedo socket pin description from the manual and never paid any attention to the colours.

Last year I had to buy mine from http://www.oemmotorparts.com/

Little bit pricey, but I couldn't find Suzuki substitute.

Actually it has a carbon-fiber look, to match the front fender.
