Re: Tracking my Cagiva Raptor 1000
What type of pads you got fitted? They are not all the same................. I would de-glaze pads and discs to see if that helps? I'm running metal gear sintered pads. I've run them in the past and they offer good power but can be wooden feeling. I did the bold zip tie trick again and that's taken...

When you put fresh fluid in did you make sure you got all air out of the system? If the pistons are moving freely then its either the pressure (see above) or your pads...

Re: New fuel pump//tank gasket
Alright looks like I fixed it. Turns out the fuel line from the fuel pump was loose and spraying the fuel everywhere. I tightened and checked everything while I was there.
Hooked it all back up and looks like I got out of it all for a tank of fuel

I quickly realised what it was when I felt fuel spraying on my leg and the back wheel started sliding all over the joint. Had a look at the fuel is just spraying out of the left side of the fuel pump at the bottom, rea...

Re: Tachometer Wire
Thanks for the replies guys, I'll definitely try that wire! Next one to find is the temperature wire. I'm based in Samford, Queensland. I basically live at the bottom of mount glorious so it's a great location for riding! Pics to come after I've done some more cleaning up and installed some bar ends!
