Re: New member of the fold - a rather different offering
Hi mate, Absolutely love this bike. Although it's taking years, I'm still in the process of building my race bike. The front fairing is getting moulded up at the moment. In regard to mention of the Ducati front end - is this, including the triples an easy swap? I'm headed down the gsxr route, but wo...

Re: Cagiva V-Raptor 1000 race bike
Quick fit of the new rearsets. Quality seems okay, they're a bit chunky though and will be difficult to replace when damaged. Good for now, but I will get a more universal and simple set made down the track. http://i1042.photobucket.com/albums/b429/TeamCPR/IMG_3292_zpsqst7wgmz.jpg This will look a b...

Re: Mods for a life of commuting
Hi Andy,
Definitely keen to purchase this part from you.
Assume it can be split to make postage easier. If not, happy to pay a bit more.
Emailed you - let me know if my details came through.
Thanks,
Alex

Re: GSXR CONVERSION
Thanks I'll check the PM. I've never really had traction issues, so haven't noticed anything there. But no wallowing or unsettled feeling when you get on it hard as you start to exit a turn. As for the Matris internals, if it was half the price I'd look into it - but personally I think it's just too...

Re: GSXR CONVERSION
PS. Still running the standard front end, but the new Wilber's Shock has absolutely transformed the bike. Although I've only tested on the road so-far, the rear is really planted, so you can get on the gas pretty hard without upsetting things. Definetely recommend it.

Re: GSXR CONVERSION
Raptor update: Through a another forum and the help of google translation I've ordered a used race front fairing for the V-rap. We're now leaning towards keeping the bike looking like a v-raptor rather than borrowing race fairings from other bikes and making it a bitsa. http://i1042.photobucket.com/...
