After some more research it appears in some tech specs that the rear shock may be 5mm longer than standard raptor , either way it seems the xtra raptor shock is longer than the v raptor and raptor 1000 . Thank you Andy, I'm off to look at those links, I will update as I get it all sorted, I have ordered a new r1 spindle etc,and sintered pads, getting it all together so it's an easier swap over.

I have managed to source some r1 forks, and blue spot calipers, as well as a fully adjustable rear shock, as I like to fettle a bikes suspension to suit myself, that and a spare ecu, just in case... Having ridden around for a while I've decided the bike is a keeper, and fitted sticky tyres, a leathe...
