the next question is do i need to replace the sleeves that sits in the frame for the headrace bearings i have got them in the kit but the ones in the frame seem very tight and worried about getting the new ones in after the frame has been powder coated what are the pros and cons to not putting them ...

got them off without to much trouble cheers all

got a new headrace bearing set ready to go on after the respray BUT i cant the bottom bearing off the bloody yoke any tips in getting it off.

ebay about £34 i think , im replacing mine once the paint is done

i had to raise it up about 30mm to make everything line up and look right.

im getting my frame, swingarm and other bits powder coated in January as xmas pressie from the wife shes after something , probably a credit card

yes and no i didnt really know how to go about it but we figured it out it went resonable smoothly had the tank and seat unit on and off more times than i wish to count to make sure every lined up and fitted correctly.
