Its only 1mm so .5mm off all the way round, if using an alloy sprocket its easy to get that .5mm off. Steels a bit more work. I bought one of those chain link remover kits on ebay that also includes the riveting tool, don't use the clip type links. I found some nice M5 black alloy bike bolts for tho...

Hey Ozzraptor those indicator pod covers really need to be carbon on an X-rap :D fixed just a thought, be nice if someone could make these out of carbon! Also started spocket changover, going to 17/39 (tls) imho a better combo than stock 16/40 and not so much shifting around the city, also better for wear on the chain and sprockets! Be good to know what sprockets you used, at least the rear as from what I recall it has a weird inside diameter.
Yes,I used a tls sprocket, took out 1mm from the inside, and a stock tls front sprocket.

Made a couple of s/s brackets for new indicators

Also started spocket changover, going to 17/39 (tls) imho a better combo than stock 16/40 and not so much shifting around the city, also better for wear on the chain and sprockets!

I have a suzuki sv lever that was a repairer you can have, i could have a look see if it looks similar but i dont think it will fit? Its about the same length but the inner bush size 12mm might be a worry.

Good to hear mate :thumbsup: Have you tried the different tre settings, i set mine for 5th gear but i really could not tell much difference in the settings seat of pants dyno :lol:
