Its only 1mm so .5mm off all the way round, if using an alloy sprocket its easy to get that .5mm off. Steels a bit more work. I bought one of those chain link remover kits on ebay that also includes the riveting tool, don't use the clip type links. I found some nice M5 black alloy bike bolts for tho...

Also started spocket changover, going to 17/39 (tls) imho a better combo than stock 16/40 and not so much shifting around the city, also better for wear on the chain and sprockets! Made a couple of s/s brackets for new indicators
Also started spocket changover, going to 17/39 (tls) imho a better combo than stock 16/40 and not so much shifting around the city, also better for wear on the chain and sprockets!

I have a suzuki sv lever that was a repairer you can have, i could have a look see if it looks similar but i dont think it will fit? Its about the same length but the inner bush size 12mm might be a worry.
