This will look a bit odd, but shaping the seat to then make a simplified complete part which I can make a fibreglass mould from and produce a few one piece race seats. A small foam pad will act as padding for your buttocks! Plenty more sanding and filling to do though. It will need to be a two part...

BTW why did you use the R1 yokes as didn't the forks slip into the existing ones? I used R1 yokes so I could use R1 wheel, brake discs and brake calipers without any spacers or machining. Headlight rubber seal needed some cutting, except that its straight plug and play.
Its really bright, I haven't ride in the dark, but I don't think its worse than original.
