Yeah, fuel system sounds to be the right call.
You may find if the bike has been standing that's it's just horrid old fuel and as said a load of crud blocking the pump filter or perhaps even water ingress.

Raptor 1000 Rear Sets .
A couple of us have used the Matris catridge kit for the front forks and as such they require no faffing about with spacers, new wheels, brakes etc.

Gear Selector reassembly issues
Ah ok... I fashioned one out of some rubber tube I had in the garage. It fitted nicely but as you say didn't overcome the looseness in the bush. I did try a classic bodge with a strip of coke can by trying to shim out the bolt. But unfortunately it has worn oval and this just succeeded in jamming it...

I'm not entirely sure how 'rear setty' those actual are - I suspect if they were too far back & high the riding position would be seriously uncomfortable when combined with the low seat.
I notice the bike had a replacement swingarm as well.

Correct replecement rectifier/regulator.
My replacement Electrex reg/rec blew up again and if the the truth be known they don't last long at all. I've been through so many they have almost become service items. I would have bought another but they were out of stock so I googled the Suzuki code i.e. 32800-02F00 and came across a Tourmax bra...

The first new washers I fitted were the right diameter but slightly thicker Are you meaning the two rubber rings that I'm assuming are seals for the grease? And if so where did you get the replacements? I'm having the opposite issue to binding because the bush in the lever has worn and made the lev...

Big Sister for my small Raptor
Nice... and perhaps best not let them get too close just in case you end up with a brood of baby raptors... :) And I wouldn't worry too much about customising it either... I'm planning to do the same with mine when refurbishing it. Nothing too wild but I am thinking of going for some sort...

Hens teeth made from unobtainium I'm afraid... you may be very very lucky if you cruise ebay day after day.
When I actually get round to refurbishing the old boy I think may have to resort to a reverse 3D print of LHS side panel as a replacement for the broken RHS one.

A web search for Suzuki TL1000R will come up with some lost cost options for, just, the pump itself so there will be a little more work adapting it to the complete assembly.

mine has developed a misfire, its sat unused for a while as i have been tied up doing other things, i gave it a run in the garage every few weeks but i suspect the fuel is stale, i thought it may be a clogged injector but it will run fine then start missing how much of a pain is changing the plugs?...

The front one is the pain to access - I usually undo the radiator mounting bolts & strap tie it back around one of the fork yokes. And then fiddling about using the best combo of socket extensions etc to get a good fit. And, as JB said above, use a decent socket with a rubber insert to prevent d...

I'm gonna assume the cable isn't clogged up preventing a smooth action. Was the adjustment just done at the lever end? Because you really also need to adjust it at the other end first. This is going to be done by memory so might not be exactly correct. Remove the sprocket cover and you'll see the pu...
