I run a pair of Cambridge sport throwover panniers (with solder mat sewn on the bottom just in case) and get an extra inch of clearance by putting the airbed on the seat under the straps.

Never had any problems with a BT01/O2 mix personally.

If its any conssolation I had a bike where the main swing arm bolt had been epoxy glued in place by a previous owner when they stripped the thread - did wonders for the handling!

Sump plug - I would go for the next size up and use a coarse thread as it is alluminium - hth

NOD NOD what Steve said... I got a replacement one for mine 2 years ago and it hasn't cracked again - it is still sitting on the windowsill in the workshop though as I havent got arround to fitting it .... apparently the newer ones are slightly different and dont crack?

The Stickers are losely as the image below, and about 2" square. The material is self adhesive vinyl. Semi-permanent (not as hard to get off as permanent but over zealous use of a pressure washer or hose might cause them to blow away) If anyone else wants some, send me a stamped addressed envel...
