Re: HELP - How to remove water pump rotor!?
If only.....
I had to remove it to paint the carter.
I don't want to paint it on the bike, and to remove it, I find out that I have to remove the impeller ........
I now understand why they made a specific cover for the clutch....

Re: HELP - How to remove water pump rotor!?
Succeed!! I use two flat screw drivers, put them on each side of the impeller, and pull. I find too late that a lot of smooth and gentle pulling are better than a big and rough pulling. I break it, but I remove it quite easily. It will be easier ext time! Time to order a new one n...

Re: Engine genuine HT paint
I think so, don't have any proof of that, but I strongly suspect that it is the same color (on pictures I saw, it really seem to be) cagiva raptor: http://motorcycleauctions.co.nz/uploaded/2013-6-14/rad9364137419a.jpg TL1000R: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v487/fiche-man/Engine/Engines%20For%20S...

Re: Engine genuine HT paint
I made some research this week end, and it seems the correct color is a matt RAL 7048 (Pearl Mouse Grey)
I found a french website (spriod.fr) that can realise HT paint with specific RAL, for less than 20€ per can.
I 'm now waiting for their answer, and continue my cleaning!

Yes, I saw this post:
http://www.raptorchapter.org.uk/viewtop ... sso#p11905
But it only deals with frame and body paint, there is no mention of engine paint code.

Re: Project Polar-Raptor
You will have to bulit another exhaust for the swing arm, I started one when I tried to mount the mv agusta mono. I still have the rear exhaust part and some front parts to complete your exhaust if you need it. http://cagivaonline.free.fr/img/gilbert666/IMG_0208-1024.jpg http://cagivaonline.free.fr/...
