Nice tip.....now if I'm only brave enough to take the seat off again and try it!
Ended up drifting the seat prongs with a rubber mallet to get it to engage!!!

Re: New seat cover....
The old cover was a fake vinyl carbon fiber thing...it was scratched up and nasty...also the grab strap was broken by thieves. Made the bike look like if had done 50k of courier work! (9k on it now)
Not sure if the old cover was standard on the xraps....it looked like it had never come off before!

Thanks for the reply.....loads of variables to go through then....
Will start with the rear shock and twiddle with the adjuster...I luckily live on a great twisty road so a bit of a fettle and I'll give it a go!......

They are a cracking buy! Can't see how you can possibly lose really in purchasing one!
They do have one draw back....they can turn you a little Jeckyl and Hyde when riding..

Re: Rear seat hump
Cheers for the advice on making one but I'm trying to get it as original as possible.
I bought bits and pieces for it from all round the world so far. So finding an original would be rather fortunate...lets see if ebay scanning for the next 5 years works!
