So,we haven't found a gear lever from another bike that matches?

Re: Clutch sensor
Must be a suzuki one.
Try taking it to a dealer and match him with any available he has there.
Worked for me for almost everything I needed.

Maybe rear pads get stuck and press the discs while on the move, and it overheats?

Re: Michelin Pilot Road 4 Tyres?
I recommend Bridgestone S21.
Excellent handling ,also at wet tarmac.
They get to working temp fast.
They don't last long, but given the other advantages they have,I don't really mind.
I'm even using them at the track and the grip is superb.

Re: Regulator/rectifier
It's the same with the SV I think.
I've tried one from a SV1000 at my 650 Raptor and it worked fine.

Re: Looking for a brake pedal
I think it matches with the raptor 125.
I would search however and from other bikes.
These should be one that matches.

Re: Suzuki Swing arm/chain slider
I purchased a chain slider from a SV650.
Needed a bit of modding to fit,but nothing difficult.

Re: Cagiva decals
Unfortunately not.
These will propably have to be custom made at a sticker shop.
Someone who owns a v raptor, should measure the dimensions however.

Re: Cagiva decals
For those who want the dimensions for the decals,I found them here
http://www.onlinedekor.hu/lang-en/motor ... aptor.html
Logo: 3,6x3,8cm
Cagiva: 23x2,5cm
Raptor: 9,5x0,8cm
Foil: 27,5x12cm
I can confirm that they are correct as I measured mine ,since I painted the fuel tank.

Re: Axle crash sliders
Thanks!
I measured the length of the axle and then I found the lenght from the gsxr.
Raptor's lenght is 5-6 cms larger.
I ordered the sliders, they arrived pretty fast and they fit perfectly.
They just need a longer nut, about 2cms more.
