How do you protect against it? You mentioned chain only did 3k and the sprocket looks fine :shock:

As to fitting, it is an easy job but allow 30-60 minutes on the driveway. You'll need to remove the plastic front sprocket cover by the footpeg about 5 small headed bolts.
