I can get 120ish miles on a tank when on a run, thats more than enough without having a leg stretch, so not on my "todo list"

Not heard of anyone else having a go either.

I could be intrested in a larger tank, as i tour europe every year. used have a vstrom that went over 250miles per tank (but very boring).

I think if you get 150 before the light started flashing it would be perfect  .
no bike has ever made me smile as much as the raptor so will live with it.

You could use an auxiliary tank like the touring/enduro guys do.

Another, less convenient, option is to use something like the fuel bottles that come with camping stoves such as the MSR petrol burning stoves. You could easily carry two litres of fuel in two bottles that way without modifying the bike, but you would have to pop the fuel cap and top it up.

Just done 1200 miles around the Scottish highlands.
On one trip getting to a remote filling station at 129 miles on the odo to find they are out of petrol.

Then carried on to the next one at 156 miles on the odo
And put 13.69 litres in is this a record?
