I've just bought another x-raptor off adam,so can carry on with the test now.
If i can sort time i will try to get dyno run's this or nextweekend at quill up the road from me.

Gonna try.
Run 1, Bike with can's+pc2
Run 2, Bike with can's,pc2+airbox mod,
Run 3, Bike with can's,pc2+airbox mod+TLS U.K. ECU Fitted.

Did a quick tickover test before with tls ecu fitted and it doesnt like to tickover below 1500,very erratic. If i set it to 1500 then seems to settle down.

Report ended for today :)

Well,
Got 2 runs in,cost me £50 so didnt do the airbox mod run (Forgot the bloody thing :) )
So, Only Done,
Bike+can's+pc2 with raptor ecu fitted and then same but with tls ecu fitted.
Still can't figure out why when you fit the tls ecu first thig that happens is the bike wont tick over(Drops from raptor ecu fitted at 1200-1300 to tls ecu fitted to 800 and stalls all the time) UNTIL ,You Re-adjust the tickover screw to get it to tickover at 1500ish Rev's.
So back to the dyno run's
Noting these were basic run's no fine tuning which would be needed if you wanted to keep running the tls ecu and the fact that the powercommander had been mapped befoe now based on what the raptor ECU was upto.

Power = Raptor ECU / TLS ECU
3000rpm 36HP (59) TQ 33HP (65) TQ
4000rpm 46 (60) 45 (59)
5000rpm 60 (63) 63 (66)
6000rpm 78 (69) 82 (72)
7000rpm 95 (72) 98 (74)
8000rpm 104 (68) 106 (69)
9000rpm 105 (61) 102 (58)

So,
For now it looks o.k.,but without spending another 150ish to get the bike fully mapped with the tls ecu fitted then we will have to wait and see when i can find £150 to get it done :(

The word ‘potential’ springs to mind!
Already up on torque, and the fuelling with the TL ecu looks like there’s plenty of tuning that can be done.
Interesting torque and power figure.
The torque on both looks really healthy

very cool 8)

thanks for taking the time Iain!

you think you could get the fueling good with a yosh box or so? or maybe with your power commander? Seems like there is some problems with the timing advance at idle, and fueling throughout the range...yosh box could cure a lot...

cheers, jan

My thoughts exactly ya about what you say about timing issue's

Possible with yoshi box MAYBE,But if you can i would say pc2 has gotta be better for more fine tuning jan.

OK,I now have a TLS ecu.
You say fit the resistor onto pin 40(bottom row).
Do you count from left to right in both sockets or one socket at a time?
Cheers,
John.

I have just been looking at a wiring diagram for the tls ecu and it lists the A/T pin as No.39 ?
Which makes it 4th in from the right, bottom row, right hand(large connector)
as you look at the connectors with the connector clips at the top.
According to the suzuki FI system diagram pin 40 is part of the tip over sensor circuit.

Now I do not wish to contradict TLMonkey but according to the workshop manual 39 is the pin that we need to earth through a 100 ohm resistor to get a TLS ECU to work n a Raptor.
