Does anyone know where I can get injector seals/o-rings for my 04 Raptor. It is neccesary for me to remove both injectors to get them serviced & would prefer to replace seals with new ones.
Cheers

Re: Injector Seals?
Is it worth running a tankful of injector cleaner through instead? Much less effort and expense, and it's worked on carb'd motors for me though I haven't used it for injected ones.

Internal engine parts should be the same as the Suzuki items I believe

Re: Injector Seals?
I have run some really good injector cleaner thru it & removed tank & cleaned it too. As far as my limitied ability can determine the 10-20 micron screen in injector is partially blocked & getting them professionally serviced is the best thing.
I found "oem something or other" & its $110 for the top seals only. I did find proper Cagiva injectors on ebay a while ago tho but i kinda recall the price was like...................
The suzuki parts I can not find for the life of me.
I do know enuff to liberally coat the o-rings in engine oil before even thinking about touching them tho. Has anyone else had to remove injectors?
Cheers & is it warm where you are? Only 26 degrees here

Re: Injector Seals?
They should get your injectors clean and o-rings replaced.
