Goes to show that real men (and women!) ride Raptors. I know a few lads who went on Friday and came back on Saturday because of the weather. Wussies! (Err, I didn't get there at all myself. ).

Well done if you persevered through to the end. I saw lots of bikes going up there on Friday and Saturday. All were very wet indeed with 100 miles still to go. Hope they all found something to make it worthwhile when they got there.

It was only a bit of mud  nothing a couple of carrier bags in the boots couldn't deal with

Are we starting a book to bet on the chance of rain for East Kirkby next month?
so many roads to travel - why does work get in the way?
