Looking for my first Raptor

Post by Phil_ups »

Hi All
Just returned to biking last year after buying my old Z650 back and now looking for another bike.

The Raptor seems to fit what I want, just need to find the right one. I am in North Yorkshire, but will travel for the right bike.

Hope someone can offer some suggestions.

Cheers
Phil

Hey Phil, welcome to the forum, the Rap is a great do everything bike with unusual style and a cracking engine!

Remember in their heyday they were "italian exotica" with a price to match!!

Anyway ask around on here, keep a look on ebay and other classifieds and I am sure you will find what you want.

There are quite often some cracking bargains come up so be patient as they are quite rare.

Sad to hear you are selling after so long, its a cracking Raptor and am sure the new owner will be well pleased!

So whats gonna replace it in the garage?

Not sure CT. We have moved out into the sticks & it's like riding through a ploughed field some days, so I'm not riding as much as I want. Something with knoblies/ supermoto may be depends on funds.

Cool, bought an Aprilia Pegaso 650ie years ago when I lived up in the Hebrides and it was a brilliant do anything bike and really good off road or I should say on the beach as it was the quickest way to get around sometimes!!!
