I need to change the chain and sproket on my bike but am having difficulty in trying to locate a kit for it. I've tried the local Suzuki and Cagiva dealers here in Perth (Aust) but the only response I got was to bring them in and we'll see if we can match them.

I've tried B&C express and they stated that they did not have an fitment for the bike.

Any one got any other suggestions? I think I'll keep the gearing standard unless people think there is any benefit in changing.

Cheers

The 1000 engine sprocket is the same fitment as the TL1000, so I'd expect the 650 to be standard SV, the chain is just a case of count the links. Does any one know if the 650 rear is the same as the 1000?

Nope rear isnt the same with 1000.
For the rear if you cant find s standar sprocket you get one for a k3 gsxr and machine the inner diameter 1mm wider and you are ready.
front is the same with the sv
