Removing the exhaust system

Post by norrie »

How easy is it to remove the complete exhaust system on a 650? You don't have to rotate the engine out of the frame or anything silly like that do you?

Thanks.
Norrie.

never done it on the 650 but you dont have to do anything with the engine on the 1000.

I would not expect it to be too differant

Its usually easier to secure the pipes and rotate the rest of the bike round them to un do the header bolts, more leverage you see... HTH x
