Possible extra outlet on fuel tank

Post by booah »

Hi everyone. I'm currently thousands of miles from my bike and am enquiring about a wet nitrous system and I need some info before I take the plunge and buy.

Does anyone know if there is a spot or extra outlet from the fuel tank, where I can plumb in a take off for another fuel pump?

The wet system can't tee into the outlet of the existing fuel pump, so I need another connection point.

Was going to go to a dry system but was informed that the fuel pump would not respond quick enough to supply required fuel.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thers only one tap/ filter / level warning hole in the tank, but you couls T off between the fuel tap and the exixting pump inlet.

I was elbow deep in my v raptor yesterday removing the PAIR system (best move ever made) And can verify that there is only one fuel outlet and that the pump is in the though the whole plate to which the pump and outlet and electrics is connected to can be removed and I guess could then be modified.

Let us know how you get on with the nitrous ...that sound chicken oriental ; )
