fuel tank drain again

hi guys,

i have water standing on the edge of the fuel filler hole, i know the drain is blocked, and i know i have to blow it out...

...but it doesn't seem to work in my case. Is it the tiny hole in the filler neck that is supposed to be blown through?

It's the tiny hole left to the filler hole if you look at an angle if you open the filler cap
best thing you can do is to cover the filler hole with a rag and use compressed air or bicycle pump and blow out from the hose that comes out the right hand side neat the exhaust link pipes (or it could be melted shut by the exhaust)

thanks cavia, that's what i thought too, gonna loose the pipe and try again.
