has anyone on here removed the pair valve???

ive took off the pair valve now the pipe that goes to the airbox from the pair valve can i plug the airbox were the pipe used to go............. next there is a pipe going from the carb to the pair valve will i cap that pipe cant see why not been lookin at this bloody manwell allday and its not got any thing todo with fuel.............just got the answer from a guy in tlz forum yeah plug the airbox and the thin tube from the carb that goes to the pair valve if thats usefull to anyone
