Don't think ill of me, but I have a love of the T and K Series Gixxers (don't know if that's kosher around here) I have run them in race trim on the track and road trim. Killed a few along the way, if I bust them, the bike gets stripped for parts. I'm also a Mod on a race and road forum.

I decided to dance to a different tune and aural tone, and brought a V-Raptor 2000, it's been an interesting ride thus far. I have had the Stator re-milled and I am about to get it rewound, and then I need to find a regulator/rectifier.

........frankly, I just want to get on the bloody thing and ride, fortunately I have learned the virtue of patience. I have to admit, though when it starts, it sounds like it was born from the depths of hell, if the devil owns a bike, I reckon it's a Raptor.
