I got these the other day ..... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/290474655560? ... 1439.l2649
If you're thinking of getting some, don't bother. When they arrived (in good time) and i got the old ones out i found they are completely the wrong size.
I e-mailed the company and they told me they don't actually stock the right size (30 x 55 x 13)
I've ordered from elsewhere now (by size, not by bike), but i thought i'd let you know so you don't do the same.

Re: Rear wheel bearings
yeah,
I should put a list together for everyone. Since I've done a total rebuild, I've messed around for ages finding bearing sizes. Rear wheel takes 6006 2RS C3. I always get SKF or FAG. That's just experience from working as an engineer for years. You get what you pay for and SKF are superb.

Re: Rear wheel bearings
Since I've got my wheels off to do a tyre change think I would be as well changing the bearings at the same time.
Can someone confirm that is the right bearings for the wheels and are you sure it's the C3 version as you don't usually fit these type to bike wheels as they have additional clearance for high temperature operations. Also do the 6005 fit the rear drive as well?
Thanks.
Norrie.

Re: Rear wheel bearings
The ones I removed were C3, but I didn't put C3s back in. I didn't need to change the ones in the sprocket carrier.
It's right What you say Norrie, the C3 is designed for constant high speed (fan etc.) applications, so they aren't really needed for bike wheels.
..just to add, the bearings the company sent me were actually front wheel bearings, not rear as advertised, so I kept 'em anyway. I did inform them of the error, but don't know if they've changed the ad.
