Re: horse power
I think the specified bhp is 105. Mine was dyno'd at 96
I put it down to a poorly shimmed valve on the rear cylinder - very tappetty clacketty. Well, that's my excuse.
Still a blast, though.

Re: horse power
Good figures there TM.
When i had my PC fitted and dyno'd she was kicking out 109.6. That was just with snorkels off, a K&N, PC & Art cans.
It's nice to know the figures, but the kick up the pants and the extra madness between 50-100mph is the most important thing. since that's where we spend most of our time.

Re: horse power
Claimed stock power is 112 at the crank, you can take off about 8% through transmission loss.
I had mine done at TTS at Silverstone.
I had already fitted G Force race cans and they fitted a Techlusion TFI,removed the snorkels
and fitted a K&N.
After the correction figures were put in mine was chucking 119.6 at the rear wheel.
I have since removed the flappy valve from the airbox and opened up the updraught intake.
I have also removed the Pair valve system.
Need to get it back on the dyno actually as I now have a very slight hesitation on low throttle,
or I could just gas it more.

Re: horse power
I have had it back on the dyno.
Airbox mods have brought it down to 104 rear wheel bhp.
Fuelling a bit off although not critical.
I`m looking for a tls ecu, which can be tweaked to sort out fuelling
and should push rear wheel bhp back up to just over 120

I don't think the tls ECU will plug in to the Rap electrics without wiring mods (I think the plugs are different), a Power Commander would probably be better.

Re: horse power
sorry if I am Fick, but surely the raptor fuelling can be adjusted the same as the TLS/TLR?
I know mine was tweaked with a yoshi FI adjuster box after I flirted with a power commander and failed

Re: horse power
Weirdo, apparently the ecu is a straight plug and play except for one wire which has to be connected separately.
Snap, the Raptor ecu can only be modified with a plug in box whereas the tls ecu is already programmed for more power to start with and can be re-programmed.
