Clutch slave cylinder on gearbox from GSXR

Post by Azz »

Hey

Today my clutch cable broke and I was wondering if
the hydraulic clutch slave cylinder (on gearbox) will fit
from suzuki GSXR 1000 K7 K8 etc?

For example:

Thanks!

It looks very similar, but looks can be deceiving!

I think you have to make some changes to the push-rods when you swap to hydraulic.

Yes the push-rod needs to be a little bit longer.

I was wondering if this one fits:

People says that from RF900 will fit too but nor from TLR or RF900
slave cylinder is not available in my area.

The pump I'm going to use is from ZXR 750.

So I got update on the clutch:
- clutch slave cylinder: Suzuki SV1000
- clutch master cylinder: Kawasaki ZX7 (Nissin)
- push rod: Suzuki TLR 109,5mm
- sprocket cover from Suzuki SV1000 with minor adjustment ;)

Photos soon, have to make some
