How ignominious, was anyone watching? Hope you mend soon, but you're not missing anything weather wise at the moment.

As for the blood it's a timely reminder to us all that we may be in need of it one day. I have donated blood regularly for years but was identified as having a high platelet count, so I am now donating platelets every month  . A big commitment (1.5 hours each session) but very worthwhile.

I don't want that to sound holier-than-thou, but it's so important to get regular donors on board, so if you don't donate at the moment please give it some serious consideration.

It's certainly better to give than receive in this case!

Going back to the original question…
I've bought a couple of items through Rob Sturgess at:
Mito Mondo (in a shed at the end of his garden in Fordingbridge, Hants).

As you can see, he specialises in the buzz boxes, but he did get me a replacement radiator via his contacts in Italy.

However, he definitely needs chasing. For all I know he may not even be interested in non-Mito stuff these days.
I asked him for prices on a couple of things that could do with replacing a while back but gave up asking. They weren't essential and I moved on…

Worth a shot, though.
