V-Raptor in Finland

Post by V4mp »

Hi !

I just uppgrated my Raptor 650 to V-Raptor 1000. (Little bro rides with my old bike)
New bike is from 2006 and has seen almost 60 000km.
Put pics later where you can see it isn't new...
And to make bike look like mine it needs some mods.
Things i've in my mind:
- Seat cowl with triangle piece on it ( hopefully in CF)
- Bellypan
- Remove indicator pods
- Other small mods, like handlebar change

Maybe later:
- CF bits
- Change color
- Swingarm and fork mods
Don't ride faster than your angels can fly !

Hi V4mp.

Tasty looking scoot you have there. Are they Honda CB1000 wheels? Lots to look at. Glad you've joined us. Feel free to show us more piccies of your bike.

I also like your vodka. I'll have a Finlandia please.

Hello, welcome!!

I think i recognise that Rappy. Some young French guy (about 22 yrs old) did it i believe, i think he even fabbed up the exhaust system. Clever lad.
Saw it on youtube if i remember right.

I think those are G&G slip-ons, grey/carbon like.
Previous owner has made "heat shields" for them. I can take more pics of the exhaust if you want ?
I'm not sure if I keep them, they make rear kind of heavy... Need to check which way is better.
