I think the standard cagiver master use the same as most of the earlier suzukis,tlr,sv and gsxr 15mm or 5/8 nissin, and tls were 1/2 inch fwiw

Do not change the discs unless you want to race the bike...in real life 320's are too much.

Link above doesn't work, but CT is spot on below, if it was my money I'd be doing things in this order:
My HEL lines are just lovely, the Raptor 1000 ones are less then 73 Euro (http://www.helperformance.com/hel-brake ... 01-en.html), and I'd place a small wager on the specs for the 650s being the same as the 1000s, given that the discs are the same....You even have a HEL distributor in Greece, http://www.spiliotis.gr/
- EBC sintered pads
- Twin (race) stainless hoses, brake fluid while you're at it
- Radial MC

Whilst you are down at the front calipers, before you start, make sure all the pistons are moving in/out freely and none are sticking.

Brake lines are the stock
But those HEL are nice.After a mc I' ll think about purchasing them.
I'll clean the calipers and the pistons when I will replace the pads.

Ok the stock is a 1-2 set-up that is not as good as two seperate lines from the MC.
I would do them before an MC to be honest, more bang per buck as they say!!!
Plus with a change of MC there are all the extra issues to overcome possibly!
(longer brake lines, unmatched levers,switchgear mounting/wiring compatability)

You seem to have your heart set on a new MC, despite repeated suggestions to do the lines first, I give up!

Yeah,pretty much you're right!
But both will be done propably so the order has little importance I think!

well then just go for it, just be aware of the additional problems a differant MC will bring and make sure you get any new brake lines custom made rather than a "Raptor" kit!Dante wrote:Yeah,pretty much you're right!

Well for now I m changing the cans so tomorrow there will be photos from my micron cans!
