Airbox flapper valve removal ?

Another questiion for those that have completely removed the airbox flappers , pic below is diagram for tls flapper removal (all parts in red)and i would like to know if the cagiva 1000 uses the same system. Not to be confused with the pair valve removal which i will do at a later date. Thanks in advance

What does it do? Why do you not want that to happen? Mine is, as you can tell from the questions, still in place.

yeah it is pretty simillar but i have read mixed reviews on doing this and it maybe worth it for racing but low speed driveability may suffer. The tl forum describes what to do but it is not easily recersible. But let us know how you get on
