Fitted pc2 today with Cagiva map, 95 octane , race pipes, and filter, snorkel removed from intakes. Sheesh, talk about a squeeze to get the pc in and seat to latch. First run tells me straight away the lean spots are gone and smoother on/off throttle. Low rpm <3k is smooth and 6k no more hesitation. Need to take for a hard run  Got rid of the shyte snaplock electrical connectors (5) in total and hard wired everything in. :toocool:

What did I do with my Raptor today? hmm..Sold it
Got offered £500 more than I paid for it but it was in better condition than I bought it (new tyres, new battery, discs that weren't warped and annoying cutting out problem cured)
I had it for 2 years and enjoyed the rides I got out on it and would like to thank all you guys for the help I got. But... I need the cash for the only bike I've wanted since I had a test ride when they first came out and that is an Aprilia Tuono.
So, see ya later peeps

I might buy a v-rap later though

Guess what I did? Managed to ride it for a change!!
Weather down here in Cornwallshire has been fairly crap up till now, but today it was fine and dry.
With work till lunchtime and the start of the easter tourists arriving and clogging up the roads it was a no brainer! Bloody 'ansome, even got both of my toe sliders on the deck on Chiverton Cross Roundabout, roll on the summer  !!

Combination of a duff ignition switch and main relay (Yellow one under seat, replaced with a similar Ducati one). It would start up fine most times and then other times it wouldn't and very occaisionally it would stall and refuse to start.

Took it for it's MOT, it's now on the ramp, front end stripped and awaiting new steering head bearings :(

Ah well, gives me chance to clean everything and swap the fork oil too.

Planning to go to Stafford Classic Bike Show tomorrow to try and pick up the bearings and some oil

Took her for a longer ride and when riding back to base in about 120km/h rear fairing almost flied away... :pinch:
Needed to slow down and carry on with one hand on the bars and another holding fairing ! Bike vibrates some much that nut was fallen off...
