Here is picture from last ride in 2014 and other little things I made for the bike.

Blinker pods started to look bit rough so I painted them black, looks better in picture than in real life. Lot of scratches from sanding.
One of the reasons I'm painting them better this winter.

Also put carbon fiber tape to prevent boots rubber paint off.

What for the winter ?
I bought new seat side panels and front fender because old ones were broken.
Parts were unpainted so they needed color on their surface. I choose black to match wheels and footpeg hangers. Painted also frame infills, seat cowl and indicator pods. Pictures coming when painting is ready... Painting needs lot of work.
Also got used carbon fiber under headlight panel and air ducts pretty cheap.

Started to solve two problems I noticed last summer. Bought affects rear suspension.
One: shocks rebound adjuster dont work when shock is intalled. Solved problem with adjuster-ring on it.

Two: shock comes pretty hot because of the rear cylinders exhaust. Problem solved with heat shield.
Doesn't got pic from heat shield, I rushed and just installed it.

Hi, nice work , bikes looking great, does the rebound adjuster foul on rear of motor, i see you have jackup links. I had a problem with this as xrap shock would not work and had to go back to standard link , i may change the rear shock one day for one that has ride height adjustment. Can never get enough pics 8)

Thanks mate !
Yes it does, you can get one finder place where adjuster is and with one finger you can't adjust that circle adjuster there, finger starts to slip or don't make enough power to make it turn. You would need two fingers to grip adjuster to make it turn. My custom adjuster-ring solved problem, you can make enough power with one finger to adjust the ring.
Hopefully you understand what I tried to say. I can try to get picture as ring and shock are mounted to bike.

Its been a while from last update!

So the winter modifications are almost over... Need to figure out some issues though.
Pictures will follow when bike is ready enough and weather gets better ! 8)

What mods I've done this winter:

- Changed handlebar (again) to LSL Flattrack, black of course
- Relocated "blackbox" a borrowed idea from ozzraptor
- Painted fairings and changed others to carbonfiber ones (look previous posts)
- Mounted ISR master cylinder and new brake lines (bleeding was a hard job, will tell more about that later)
- Changed front lights from halogen to LED http://www.cyclopsadventuresports.com/3 ... _p_97.html

Things need to sort out:

- New coolant reservoir has to be made
- Not all paintings are ready
- Install front fender, hopefully new one fits
- Some special ;)

Pictures from ISR MC after I got it

Still can't get excited by that ISR setup, too "Transformers" for me, but the Ronin 47 controls are things of beauty!

Ooh yeah, is that lever span-adjustable? I hate my stupid wee hands.

I haven't seen any mirror indicator combos quite like that, but I have seen some lovely things that would approach that level of sleekness. Maybe the white front lenses I am making might mean you only need new mirrors?!

The Kellerman BL2000 Dark would have to be in the running:

And Motogadget m-blaze cone and disc options are pretty impressive:

Motogadget do some nice stuff, if you're into sleek controls check out their switch options too!

Don't forget my post over at http://www.raptorchapter.org.uk/viewtop ... 355#p32406 as you might like to "hide" mirrors inboard of the grips which looked fantastic.

I've also spotted these Joker Machine "concealed" bar end mirrors, although I'm not convinced that round mirrors would look great on a rap, unless hidden like on that KTM.

ISR mastercylinders lever distance to handlebar is adjustable and so is the leverage.

Haha, white lenses are enough for a while.
I have plans for future to remove whole indicator pods and replace them with cover and start to use only bar end indicators, but I should look good so no any temporary solutions. It waits at least to next winter.

Spykes white lenses mounted, looks awesome ?

Those switch are nice, but I prefer ISR.

I like those indicators ! 8)

In my mind, most beautiful bar end mirrors are:
CRG arrows, but I dont about the mounting...
That round thing behind, I takes the smoothness away ? Should see those live, before judging.
