Wifey's Y reg V Raptor 1000 just won't stop chucking oil out of the clutch cover despite new seal and lashings of Blue Hylomar.
Looking for a TL 1000 R cover to replace it with unless anyone else can help with another solution as they appear to be as rare as rocking horse poo!!!
Clutch cover replacement.

Re: Clutch cover replacement.
I got mine via TLZONE forum in the USA from a guy "rifleman" who makes them to order in any colour scheme you want.

Re: Clutch cover replacement.
Can't remember exactly but was something like $75 US to refurbished my damaged cover and put in the window and fit all the ally bling bits.

Re: Clutch cover replacement.
Wait till the wife is out of the kitchen.
Remove cover , clean O ring , put O ring in deep freeze.
Tape down a sheet of 120 grit onto a flat work top or glass pane.
Lap the cover face flat using a figure of eight motion, take off 90 % of the worst buckling, that fixed my cover.
Dont tighten the fixing screws much more than hand tight.
My cover was put back with the old O ring and a light smear of gasket goo, make sure all surfaces are degreased first with acetone or something like it, dont get this near the O ring.
Freezing the O ring shrinks it back to its original size, they never fit correctly otherwize.
