I have been making a new seat for the bike.
I have used a a seat from a gixer from the mid 80ths as they are big and easy to modify.

I bought also a pair of better looking mirrors in aluminium In sted of the pen plastic units

I have these I had made for the very same reason, have baffles but are still pretty loud! Would sell if they are of use to you?

Yup that would work and probably be much quieter but I didnt want to chop my original pipes.
There are baffles fitted in mine which do silence it quite a bit but its still very lous as there is so little length in the pipes.

I sprayed the undercoat at the chassis today and tomorrow I will put the on the yellow paint.
