Has anyone lithium battery?
Because of my modifications I might need smaller battery..
Lithium battery
Re: Lithium battery
I've got these on my Mille and my Benelli Tornado, and they work very well: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/70-Less-Weigh ... 2259527930
When my Raptor battery packs in, it'll be getting a lithium battery too.

Re: Lithium battery
Only problem with that battery is that it isn't any smaller than stock one.

Re: Lithium battery
It is the same footprint but isn't as tall - in fact they send spacers with it to make up the difference in the battery box.

Re: Lithium battery
Whilst ferreting about on 'tinternet for reg/rec I saw this warning on Electrex World where they say Lithium batteries, & NiCad/NiMH, are not suitable for their kit as they require careful control of the charging voltage & current. See https://www.dropbox.com/s/f5ekhntoafnc6 ... s.pdf?dl=0
So I suspect they wouldn't be suitable for for the OE charging system on the Raptors either.
Cheers,
Andy B

Re: Lithium battery
i replaced mind with a smaller one so alarm would fit under seat. brought a motobatt. they have many more cold cranking amps than standard battery so you get away with a smaller one. starter motor spins faster than ever before.
