Re: swing arm
Local guy made one for mine an age ago, he cut notches into a socket I think it was twenty eight or twenty nine mm.

Re: swing arm
I bought one off the web many moons ago and I'm just about to measure it:
38 mm outside diameter, 30 mm inside diameter, the pegs are 5 mm wide and 3 mm tall & it's internal depth is 9 mm.
The latter is the depth of the internal diameter 'hole' that fits over the bolt/nut/thingumybob and is in fact a little too short as the socket drive head that fits into it (from the other side) sits proud and shortens the depth. This in turn moves the tool & therefore the pegs out so they have reduced purchase on the slots.
So make this depth much bigger than mine, I dunno say around 15/20 mm?
BTW - you probably know already but the allen key is 14 mm.
Hope this helps,
Andy B
