Yes, as Nick mentioned it's been great seeing your mods and I still luurve that yellow frame!
Therefore I bought
Ducati 900SS 1976 to restore
I've got and have been restoring a 1981 Ducati Darmah (which has the 900 SS engine, 40 mm carbs, contis etc) so if you need any help with best suppliers, techniques, tips etc just shout. Plenty of patience, shims and bearings are required :D

The Darmah is the bike that I nearly bought in 1978. But with clip ons I couldn’t reach the bars comfortably as my boobs were in the way  . I then got distracted by chops and other vtwins didn’t get my first Ducati until last year!

So was that a Darmah SS, the one with a half fairing ?

And yes the old bevels are long and low...

Shebs; TMI I think!  And was it actually chops that distracted you??

Andy; great to see the Duke! We were both in the middle of restorations at the same time, mine being the Suzy GT550 triple which got finished a tad sooner than yours I seem to remember, though it took ages to get the oil-delivery system right for the two-stroke. I'd like to share pics with you-all but it will have to wait until the garage is opened for the riding season. Sadly that will be delayed for various reasons, including a chronic back problem, not that that will get in the way of acquiring other odd bikes if I can help it!

Cheers,

Nick

It’s a very nice bike as it’s fun to drive, sounds nice and comfortable event for having a passenger.
