Rack Broked
Things got slightly exciting on the way home today, top box landed on the road behind me, right in front of a car!

Yes, will need gussets for sure. Weirdly the top box was MT, as it mostly is, I only use it for helmet storage while at work really.

Re: Rack Broked
I'd second that as well....might be tempted to put a bit of solid bar inside the tube where it broke when welding it up.
But you can't go wrong with a bit of triangulation either, from the back of the rack to the uprights. It's obviously fatigue caused by the repeated vibrations of the rear of the rack. And if it's attached to the footrest hangers they can vibrate alarmingly also. In hindsight not a good design.

Re: Rack Broked
I put metal bar inserts, and my friend did a brilliant job of welding it, along with adding the gussets, it's not going anywhere now!
