Longtime lurker , first time poster lol
Hi guys , had a good lurk before I bought my first raptor for some good info and after I had purchased it to read some cracking rebuild posts . Well now I've got two so I recon I'm defo in the raptor chapter and am worthy of a post lol ,hope to see some of you guys around on ride outs and have a raptor natter

Thanks for reply guys , I'm from sunny Kent . Biggest pot holes in the country I bought a mint yr2001 raptor and love it but couldn't bring myself to sell it or cut it about so bought a cheepy to have a play with . Trying to flop some pics on but my phone isn't playing ball

Keen eye you got Nick !! Yep obligatory R1 front end . I've got the R1 rear shock and an RSV swing arm but I'm liking the clean looks of the back end at the mo so not going to touch it for a while , except to repack the cheap tail pipes that blew all the wadding out in 3 rides

Looks to be a well sorted & nicely understated example. I like what you have done with the wheels.
And what brake master cylinder are you using at the front?
And it looks like you got some fold away legs with those rear sets !! they look to be well tucked away.
And does the chicken always photo bomb

They're cheap bars Trev , probably need the meccano to stop em.snapping under heavy breaking I'm after different bolt on clamps so I can put some renthal fatbars on but meh!
Andy , thanks , Master cyl is R1 too , still got to lose the reservoir and strip the black paint off the lever just noticed lol
