Raptor Racing

Post by Mike Edwards »

Although I'm not racing much this year my Raptor 650 will be getting an outing in the hands of the 'other' Mike Edwards (ex-British SuperSport 600 Champion).

He will be riding in the MRO MiniTwins round at Silverstone on the 21st and 22nd May. If anyone happens to be there make sure you come along and say hello.

That's the only confirmed race this year as budget is a bit tight.

You can always come out and play at any of the Motorcycle Folly track days this year where I'll be using the bike for instructing. Their track day dates include:

17 May 2005 Mallory Park
9 June 2005 Cadwell (Full Circuit)
11 July 2005 Brands Hatch (Indy Circuit)
23 August 2005 Mallory Park
16 September 2005 Donington National (Noisy)

See www.motorcyclefolly.co.uk for details.

6 x 20 minute sessions is about right for the UK also.

For a full list of track days in the UK, and some in Europe organised by UK companies, see www.biketrackdays.co.uk - Over 700 at the last count!
