a real non biking question here.

as a non drinker (long story!) i'm struggling to find a 'drink' whilst on nights out...

any ideas? Coke and similar is out. All the sugar isn't great, and i end up with a sugar rush hang-over!!

diet coke...hmmmm...same as above?

something tasty, easy to order??

How about any Yank beer?..... virtually no alcohol in that stuff....

Have to agree with you though Phil, there is not a lot about for anyone who chooses not to take alcohol, apart from horribly high sugar content crap.

i generally choose a fruitjuice with lemonade, or soda water (no sugar in that one)

Certain soft drinks manufacturers are now doing ZERO SUGAR drinks.
Might be worth checking out
