seat height issues for the more discerning rider

Nah then . am gunna pose a question to the masses.Does anyone have any ideas as to how to higher the seat height on a v raptor to mek it more comfortable for the taller rider. am 6ft an am gettin bored a chewin on me knees when wen am out forra spin like ! Has anyone had a similar problem an solved it wi out involving Jim'll Fix It ? not that i'v got owt against jimmy saville like !! :shock:

Can't think why anybody would want to hire your seat......
Given that the seat lock only secures with a couple of bolts to the frame crosspiece, why not try putting a little spacer between frame/lock? Cheap to try, which probably suits, it would alter the seat 'angle of the dangle a smidge. Thicker pad would be the other, but not cheap.

Bagster/Baglux do a range of seats, you can specify extra padding up to 25mm i think. It is a costly option thought.

Other than that see if you can find a second seat unit and strip it down and fashion your own from some new comfy foam? All you have to do then is get it covered?

Just a though.

I've seen some nice seat covers in 'MCN' they're normally Blonde, 20ish, wearing (Not much) Red......

Lifting with the triangles will not change the distance between seat and pegs though :?
