airbox lid cutout

so, i did this little mod yesterday, and it sure does make a big difference! only 10 minutes of work too.

I cut out the center part of the airbox lid, not too much, so that the filter can still be held in place by the lid.

mind you my bike was already mapped richer (+5 +10 +10 if i remember correctly) because i have an ITG race filter and scorpion cans.

the sound is awesome, and the pull in mid revs is much stronger! I didn't think it would have made this bigga difference.

don't know about high revs yet, because the roads are wet, and it's almost freezing here...sliding all over the place.

it runs even smoother now too...what a bike!

this engine runs so unlike the TLS engines i had before, much better! maybe a tad slower up top, but so much smoother and without any quirks whatsoever. first starter too

the bike was very loud to begin with, but i do hear a little difference. Not louder, but a abit more raw
