Regulator Probs

Got a friend who has a TL 1000 which is frying his battery by charging it at 19 + volts, think it's the regulator, anyone had similar probs with thier Raptor?? Is it common or just bad luck?

it's not common. Haven't seen may regulator problems on the TL board in quite a few years.

Hi , I think it may be a common problem ,its been mentioned before and both Paula and I had our regulators fried at around 20 k miles- and in both cases they took out the battery as well !
