Hello to every one the first rounds on me.
I picked up my raptor 1000 on sunday (10 hour round trip).
After a compleat gamble on Ebay had never seen a raptor let alone ridden one. But what a good gamble the bike is a absolut gem and what a bike i have never had so much fun on two wheels its by far the best bike i have ever owned or ridden . Its a 2000 model year on a W reg apparantly one of the first into the country it has had the usual things done to it cans and power commander plus maxton rear shock to improve handeling and to raise the rear ride height making the bike turn quicker and a coustom paint job( a deeper red with a metallic fleck in it). anyway i off the suns out and my new toys in the garage have fun see you soon.

All the extras sound like good quality stuff. Maxton Shocks ain't cheap.
Though pictures would be nice. Lots of pictures!
Oh does it have a TRE fitted? If not maybe worth buying one. Best £30 i've ever spent!
hi No there isn't a TRE fitted. I have noticed a lot of people have them fitted do thay make a big differance? & where is the best place to get one. Got my IT expert ( the wife) to have a look cant get any pics direct but if you click on
