I'm pretty sure I don't have the workshop manual for the 1K, so would like to download it from your link. Only problem is it doesn't seem to want to download: I see the reference but it doesn't do owt! A little help would be appreciated, cos I'm not very IT-savvy...

Hi Nick, if you follow the link you should see 4 PDF files hopefully. You can double-click onto individual ones to start them downloading, alternately, at the top right of the screen should be an icon that looks like a downwards pointing arrow with a line under it. Click this and it should download all the files as a single ZIP file containing everything. Any problems let me know can get it to you on memory stick or whatever if necessary.

I probably shouldn't mention that I've never felt a need for this info before because my 1K is clean and low-mileage and only gets out occasionally. Long may it remain in peak condition!
