Hmmmm...... interesting.
Is it only those 12 leds at the top giving light. What does the rest do ?

Looks good, quite futuristic, bright as well by the look of it. Do you still need a separate light for the number plate, or could you just slap on a tail tidy without extra bits?

The rest is just for show and its (ahem) 13 LEDs 
Its still certainly brighter than standard.
If you wanted to fit a tail tidy you'd have to cut off the reflector at the bottom. Most tt's have a bracket to take and mount your original number plate light - thats only held on to the mud guard by one or two screws anyway.
You can get (I think) get LED kits for the number plate light if that takes your fancy.
Oh yeah it by a French scooter mob called BCD - forgot to put that in the original post
