If you're prepared to wait a while you can get eBay bargains, like http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/230838266020, or you can usually get one from your bike shop at about 15 times the price!
IMHO it's much more preferable to change your flasher can over, than to add resistors, when swapping over to LEDs as the resistors can generate a significant amount of heat that might cook some of your sensitive electrickery.
